LI Chapter June Outing 2024

The Chapter has planned it’s 27th Annual Spring Outing to the Catskills, for the weekend of June 7th through June 9th, 2024.  Once again we will be staying at the Riverside Cafe & Lodge in Horton, New York, located right on the banks of the Beaverkill River.  This venue provides us with several angling opportunities on some of the most picturesque streams in the Catskills... truly “Blue Ribbon” water.  In addition to the Beaverkill, Willowemoc Creek, both the East and West Branches of the Delaware River, as well as many other small creeks and streams are within a short driving distance.  There should be plenty of excellent fishing possibilities for all.

The total cost* for this year’s trip is the same as last year and is per person, based on double occupancy, including all taxes and gratuities:

Main Lodge:                   $258.50

Small Cabin:                  $269.50

Large Cabin:                  $286.00

* Cost includes a $5.00 per person donation to the Long Island TU Conservation Fund.

Please note that the small cabin is an additional $11.00 per person and the large cabins are an additional $27.50 per person.  Meal costs are the same for all guests.

Just like last year, the total trip package consists of:

2-nights Lodging         (Friday & Saturday)

2 Breakfasts                  (Saturday & Sunday Morning)

Formal Dinner               (Saturday Evening)

Reservations will be accepted in person beginning at the April 17th Chapter Meeting.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot early!  Please contact Jeff Plackis for more information.  A non-refundable deposit (either cash or check or Zelle) of $110.00 (main lodge) or $121.00 (small cabin) or $137.50 (large cabin) will be due by May 15th, 2024.

Remaining balance of $148.50 per person due upon arrival & payable direct to “Riverside Lodge”.
